Koshiro Chuji was granted independence by Ozaki Yakichi Shoten at the age of 30. Koshiro Chuji Shoten, a trading company specializing in pharmaceuticals, was established at Kokumachi 1-chome 20, Higashi-ku, Osaka City. The business commenced sales of pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials as well as the production of beeswax. The company's headquarters was later relocated to its current address at Doshomachi, 3-chome 5, Higashi-ku, Osaka City. They also contributed inflatable arches to Kameoka City for the Kameoka Half Marathon as part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the municipality and the relocation of the headquarters.
