The Human Protein Atlas is a program established in 2003 in Sweden with the goal of charting all the proteins present in human cells, tissues, and organs through the amalgamation of diverse omics technologies, such as antibody-based imaging, mass spectrometry-based proteomics, transcriptomics, and systems biology. The entirety of the information in the knowledge repository is accessible for scientists in both the academic and industrial fields to freely explore the human proteome. Comprising six distinct segments, The Human Protein Atlas concentrates on various facets of the comprehensive analysis of human proteins.
