The business is founded by technically qualified entrepreneurs, namely Shri Ashok Badjatiya B.E., M.S. (USA) D.B.M. and Shri Vijay Badjatiya M.Com, LLB. The primary purpose of the company's formation was the manufacture of Dibasic Calcium Phosphate (DCP), Tribasic calcium Phosphate (TCP) & various other phosphates. It commenced commercial production on 01/07/1993 in the vicinity of 213 - 214, Sector -1, Industrial Area, Pithampur, Distt. Dhar, India. The registered office is situated at 515, Milindas Manor, 2 R.
