MDI is the largest producer globally of integrated single-use systems, with over 95% of the components being manufactured in-house. MDI's 36-acre GMP compliant campus manufactures membranes, sterilizing membrane capsules and cartridge filters, as well as customized and intricate single-use systems, including complete filling lines, bag and bottle mixer systems, and aseptic sampling systems. Established over 40 years ago, Advanced Microdevices Pvt. Ltd. (MDI) is a pioneer in innovative membrane technologies. From humble beginnings as a one-person operation, the company has grown to a team of over 500 dedicated individuals, delivering more than 15,000 products. Quality is ensured from the initial stages of production through well-maintained, modern GMP facilities under ISO-9001 certified systems and ISO-13485 (for medical devices), supported by a highly trained workforce and internally developed innovative instruments and devices. Special focus is placed on quality control and assurance by dedicated departments.
